Installations Co-Ordinator will lead the team/contractor to ensure the process of Installations is carried out seamlessly and consistently across designated areas. Will guide the team throughout the customer experience journey which includes taking ownership of customer orders from date of booking to conclusion of the order.
Key responsibilities
- Continuous assessment and improvement of Installation Management department methods and procedures.
- Training and development of all Installation Coordinators, Schedulers & Install Technicians.
- Manage customer order data integrity throughout the installations process.
- Identify and eliminate all risks before actual install date.
- Setting and monitoring of daily targets for installations resources aligned with overall VUMA and Installation targets.
- Ensure good and accurate communication with the customer throughout the installations process.
- Drive daily installations ticket resolution targets.
