The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
Receive, manage and analyse exceptions data from authorised dealers and process and finalise applications delivering work that meets the prescribed time and quality standards .
Provide regular status updates and consolidated monthly reports to team leader/supervisor.
Engage with relevant internal (relevant to the exceptions reporting value chain) and external (authorized dealers) stakeholders, displaying an ability to convey and explain information fluently
Diagnose problems, choose and/or modify routines to deal with them, displaying the ability to provide solutions for problems within a defined context.
Proactively broaden knowledge of functional area, displaying willingness to make improvements in own work (including methods and practices)
Perform work independently within established practices, processes, rules and regulations ensuring compliance with standards, policies and other guidelines in executing own tasks.
Evaluate own performance against given criteria and identify and address task-specific learning needs.
