The Aussie Handbook is looking to appoint a number of Sales and Business Development professionals who are target-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Situated in the bustling business hub of Greenpoint, this position requires a candidate who can think strategically, has excellent negotiation and communication skills, and is keen to work in the exciting world of travel, relocation, recruitment, and immigration.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct eligibility assessments for clients looking to relocate or immigrate.
Negotiate contracts and close deals. Commissions are uncapped.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their journey.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
General Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, relocation, recruitment, or immigration sectors.
Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to excel.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Location:
This full-time role is based onsite at our office in Greenpoint, Cape Town, South Africa. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
