Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to oversee and manage all operations within our Port Elizabeth branch. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the branch, maintaining high standards of service, and achieving operational targets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily branch operations
- Control and manage inventory levels effectively
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Supervise and support branch staff
- Assist with sales activities and business development
- Prepare daily reports and communicate with Head Office
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure branch performance meets targets and deadlines
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong customer service experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
Advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar management role
- Experience within the automotive industry
