Duties include, but are not limited to:
Gather and record data from internal systems and reports, commercial databases, and web resources to monitor and flag at risk customers
Compiling reviews and supporting documentation on high level escalations
Ongoing monitoring of customers, systems, processes and measures to protect vulnerable customers
Coordinating and identifying the required intervention efforts to protect vulnerable customers
Assist in identifying potential weaknesses and threats in internal processes; actively make recommendations for process and operational improvements.
Ensure thorough record-keeping of data that is collected and analyzed
Independently determine potentially harmful behaviour and act according to agreed procedures with regards to customer intervention.
Performing checks on customers and requesting the relevant KYC documents/SoW or affordability assessments in compliance with any regulatory governing bodies and based on determined customer risk level
Identifying the need for proactive measures on customer's accounts
Specialised handling of all RG related customer queries escalated by the support department
Analyzing, flagging and acting on all alerts related to RG monitoring tools
Assisting internal stakeholders with concerns and escalations as well as making informed recommendations.
Responsible for liaising with AML, FP and Compliance Teams to align efforts on cases that require attention from multiple stakeholders
Conducting risk assessments, along with making concerted efforts to identify potential risks beyond the scope of what is usually considered.
Performing roles outside of the scope of your usual activities as requested by TL/Management to enhance your knowledge and skill set.
Achieve and maintain relevant daily and monthly productivity metrics, in producing business outputs
Achieve and maintain completion of tasks within designated SLAs assigned
