Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our fast food establishment. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the fast food chicken establishment, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, and customer service

Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high-quality service and consistent product offerings

Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to drive profitability and make informed business decisions

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with other managers and team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a management role within the fast food industry, preferably with a focus on chicken products

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
