The successful candidate will be an important team player in the logistics department for the accurate loading- and off-loading of trucks, as per Company standards and procedures, and Health and Safety requirements. He/she will assist in the stock take process and will further be responsible for giving instructions to the Forklift Drivers.
- Grade 12/National certificate.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be in good medical condition, as he/she will be working in a cold environment.
- Must be able to work shifts, including day, night, weekends and overtime.
- Must have a basis understanding of the loading of trucks, previous experience will be advantaged.
- Must be able to do basic mathematical calculations.
- Verification of quantities received and dispatching this to the Invoice.
- Instructions to the Forklift Drivers.
- Sanitising of all Company Vehicles.
- Assisting in repacking of the pallets.
- Assisting with the stock take.
