We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our HR outsourcing solutions division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing the entire sales process to deliver customized HR solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities in the HR outsourcing space (e.g., payroll, recruitment, talent management, employee benefits, etc.).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR directors, COOs, and CEOs) to promote long-term business partnerships.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their HR challenges and propose tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the HR services sector.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of companies in terms of HR services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment on service offerings, pricing, and terms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, legal, and HR specialists) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue growth to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or a related field
- Experience:
- Proven track record (1-2 years) of success in sales and business development within the HR outsourcing or B2B services space.
- Experience selling HR-related services such as recruitment, payroll, or employee benefits is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and how outsourcing can add value to organizations.
