- Relevant diploma or degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail or FMCG sectors
- Strong administrative capabilities with excellent communication and business writing skills
- Proven project management experience with a results-oriented mindset
- Comprehensive understanding of FMCG operations and store processes
- Proficiency in Qlik applications and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within established processes and standards
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams
- Knowledge of retail layout, display, and equipment types; CAD experience is a plus
- Maintain and update accurate Store Development records, including compiling and managing master data files.
- Coordinate and monitor critical path activities within Store Development, identifying and addressing any delays or issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on Food commercial projects, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.
- Organize and document project and stakeholder meetings, supporting effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in planning and executing workshops during project investigation and execution phases.
- Generate financial extracts from Oracle and QlikView, and provide timely feedback to project owners regarding fund availability.
- Support procurement processes by raising purchase orders on Oracle as required for project enablement.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of store development initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Continuously improve Store Development processes and reporting, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
