At least two years’ experience in HR or retail management
Experience in training and development would be an advantage
Experience in Skills Development facilitation (Advantage)
Computer Literacy: MS Office and/or Google Suite
Strong administrative skills
Numerical literacy
Knowledge of SETA funding processes
Knowledge of accredited programme delivery (i.e. learnerships; internships; skills programmes)
Code 8 Drivers License
Willingness to travel within South Africa
Ability to attend external Skills Development engagements independently
