Qualifications:
- Tertiary technical qualification as Business Analysis, Developer or similar (Degree)
- Matric
Experience:
- 10 years + A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with complex project management.
- Experience with development of real-time web-based user interfaces.
- Experience with development of complex web-based portals.
- Experience with Government entities would be ideal.
Skills or Knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve issues.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Critical thinker.
- A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs.
- Familiarity with Financial systems and accounting concepts would be beneficial.
- Familiar with software development lifecycle and processes.
- Transactional Knowledge.
- Team player.
