Kerb Layer:
- Set out and install concrete kerbs according to site plans and levels.
- Prepare the ground and foundation before laying kerbs.
- Mix and apply mortar or concrete where required.
- Ensure kerbs are straight, level, and correctly aligned.
- Cut and fit kerbs where necessary.
- Backfill and compact around installed kerbs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Pipe Layer:
- Lay underground pipes for stormwater, sewer, or water reticulation systems.
- Excavate and prepare trenches for pipe installation.
- Position, align, and join pipes according to specifications.
- Check pipe levels and gradients using surveying equipment.
- Install pipe fittings, valves, and manholes where required.
- Backfill and compact trenches after installation.
- Identify and report damaged pipes or unsafe conditions.
- Comply with all site safety requirements.
Brick Layer:
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials according to drawings.
- Mix and apply mortar for brickwork.
- Measure, cut, and shape bricks as required.
- Ensure walls are level, plumb, and correctly aligned.
- Construct walls, foundations, partitions, and other masonry structures.
- Repair or replace damaged brickwork.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Pay: R2 000,00 - R2 500,00 per week
