DLK Group is looking for a Talent Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our Talent and People function. This role is focused on coordination, record management, contractor administration and ensuring that recruitment and contractor processes are kept accurate and up to date.

Maintain candidate, vacancy and contractor records on the ATS, SharePoint and internal trackers

Coordinate recruitment administration and candidate documentation

Prepare contractor agreements using approved templates and information provided

Follow up on contracts, signatures and outstanding contractor documentation

Maintain contractor files and contract registers
-
Track contract start dates, expiry dates and upcoming renewals

Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication

Support onboarding administration for new contractors and employees

Prepare basic recruitment, contractor and pipeline reports

Provide general administrative support to the Head of People and Talent team

18 months to 2+ years' experience in recruitment, HR or talent administration
-
Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail
-
Excellent record-keeping and document management skills

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good Microsoft Office skills

Understanding of confidentiality and POPIA requirements
Advantageous:
