A leading educational institution is looking for a Digital Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead and execute comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategies that leverage cutting-edge technologies and platforms to maximize brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets, and to harness the power of digital channels and data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, enhance brand recognition, and ultimately, expand the organization's digital footprint and revenue streams. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor the performance of the sales systems regularly, analysing data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company’s goals and target audience

- Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results
- Utilise social media analytics and tools to monitor ana analyse the performance of social media campaigns, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Honours degree in marketing
- Relevant certification in data analytics
- At least three years’ experience in Higher Education industry
- Depth of website management and paid media experience
- Depth of CRM marketing (including email marketing) experience
- At least 3-5 years in a Digital Marketing Specialist role
- Project management skills
- Well-developed writing and editing skills
- Website design and automation experience
- Campaign management skills
- PowerBI skills
- Platform proficiency (Meta and Google)

- Good understanding of campaign budgeting to optimise spend
