The role involves engaging directly with customers in high-traffic areas, promoting Telkom products and services, and driving sales through face-to-face interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Promote Telkom products and services in assigned field locations (malls, taxi ranks, events, and public spaces).
- Actively approach and engage potential customers.
- Educate customers on product offerings, benefits, and pricing.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Capture customer information accurately and process applications.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive brand awareness.
- Set up and manage promotional stands and marketing material.
- Provide daily feedback and reporting to the team leader.
