Purpose of role
To develop and maintain production and commercial activities and manage all aspects of the plant’s process and commercial operations ensuring efficient and safe production of the plant’s output in line with the planned quantity and quality. To manage teams and shifts within the plant by coordinating labour, resourcing, equipment and services and overseeing the plant’s continuous improvement efforts and projects.

- Approval of changes to policies relating to personnel and non-personnel policies
Finance (Operating Budgets):
- Review in advance and recommend approval of budgets and forecasts
- Approval of both budgeted operational expenditure and unbudgeted expenditure in a particular month, on a cost centre budget
Finance (Capex Budgets):
- Review in advance and recommend approval of capex budgets

- Budget for plant sections
