We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper with a passion for accuracy and financial integrity to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain comprehensive financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with internal teams to enhance and streamline financial processes.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure the accurate and timely filing of SARS returns and adherence to all tax regulations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting efforts to drive informed financial decisions.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain precise and up-to-date trial balances.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a firm or a similar industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or a certificate in accounting is required.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
