Lead Generation Agent

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Lead Generation Agents, supporting a new and exciting campaign.

What’s in it for you?
- Basic Salary: ± R7,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: R500 per month
- Monthly Performance Incentive: R150
- Commission structure available
- Permanent, full-time position
- Early Friday finish incentive when targets are achieved
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
- Fridays: Early finish at 15:00 if team targets are met
What you’ll be doing
- Generating high-quality leads through outbound calls
- Engaging with potential customers in a confident and professional manner
- Following scripts and processes while maintaining a natural conversation style
- Accurately capturing customer information and outcomes
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Contributing to a positive and performance-driven team culture
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or lead generation role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
- Basic computer literacy
