Job Description
1. Recruitment - Admin aspect up to assisting with onboarding
2. Personnel Files - Create and keep up to date staff files. Ensure hard copies are in file and update as well as soft copies uploaded onto the system
3. Admin reminders - Keeping track and reminding staff of expiry dates (contracts, permits etc)
4.Assisting HR Manager with other adhoc duties such as but not limited to social event planning, drafting of confirmation letters, assisting with UI 9 documentation, warnings etc.
5. Assist with switchboard duty when receptionist is absent
6. Creating a company Newsletter quarterly

Pay: R9 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
