Education:
Matric (required)
Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Insurance (preferred) Regulatory Exam (RE5) and FAIS credits (beneficial)
Experience:
- 2–5 years' experience in insurance sales or a similar role Experience working with motor dealerships or in the automotive finance/insurance space is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven with a hunter mindset
- Excellent presentation and training abilities
- Ability to manage multiple dealer accounts
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems and quoting tools
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Monthly policy sales targets achieved
Dealer engagement and satisfaction levels
Lead-to-sale conversion rate
Number of dealer visits per month
Training sessions delivered and feedback
