Administrator: Parts - Toyota Bedfordview
A parts administrator manages inventory records, processes purchase orders, coordinates with suppliers, and handles billing and customer service for spare parts.
Core Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Stock Management involves tracking parts levels, conducting regular stock counts, and handling returns or backorders.

Order Processing: Purchase Orders require creating quotes, placing orders for local or overseas parts, and issuing parts to technician job cards.

Supplier Coordination: Supplier Liaison includes tracking delivery times, resolving invoice discrepancies, and updating lead times.

Financial Administration: Billing and Reconciliations cover capturing invoices, processing local GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers), and managing basic debtor or creditor queries.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification, with further administrative or supply chain courses being an advantage.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of working experience in parts administration, stock control, or a general office environment.

Skills: Computer Literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and familiarity with inventory or dealership management software.
