Candidate must be able to:
- Converse with clients to assist any queries and schedule maintenance/services accordingly;
- Generate quotations, purchase orders and phone suppliers for prices;
- Capture and file office paperwork, in the designated filing system;
- Answer emails and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Candidate must be well versed in the following:
- MS Office Skills specifically MS Excel;
Fluent in English
- Computer literate;
- Excellent typing skills 60 words per minute (wpm);
- Knowledge/training on Pastel Sage Accounting Software;
- 3 Years working experience (with references);
- Telephone and office etiquette;
- Matric Certificate;
