Restaurant Group based in Cape Town is looking for an Admin Assistant / Stock Controller.
Duties would include but not limited to:

General admin assistance

Financial duties, including cash-ups, capturing invoices and balancing invoice totals

Restaurant bookings.

Filing of invoices and all paperwork relating to admin.

Assisting with staff roster
-
Emailing suppliers for invoices, statements and credit notes.

Ordering stationary and any other admin related orders.

Keeping the office organised in terms of filing and all admin related duties.

All month end and stocktake related admin work.
The following candidate qualities are essential:

Previous admin assistant experience is essential.

Very strong command of the English language and very well spoken.

Strong computer skills pertaining to compiling emails, spreadsheets, drawing up invoices, letterheads etc.

Highly organised individual that can use common sense and think on their feet.

Must be flexible to work some extra hours if needed.

Must be able to take instruction well and have strong problem-solving skills.

Must be able to work under pressure.
