KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour

Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and accurately

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using hotel management software

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness
