Jobs4All Recruitment is looking for experienced, driven Freelance Recruiters to work with us on a flexible, commission-based basis.
We are expanding and looking for recruiters who are confident in sourcing, screening and identifying quality candidates across a variety of industries and positions.What You Will Do
- Source suitable candidates for vacancies allocated to you
- Advertise vacancies through your own networks and sourcing platforms
- Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other sourcing methods
- Screen CVs against detailed job specifications
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Verify candidate availability, salary expectations, notice periods and location
- Submit suitable, fully screened candidates to Jobs4All
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
We Are Looking For Recruiters Who
- Have previous recruitment, talent sourcing or HR recruitment experience
- Understand how to screen a CV properly against a job specification
- Are comfortable recruiting for specialised and hard-to-fill positions
- Have strong candidate sourcing skills
- Are professional and reliable
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work independently and manage their own time
- Have access to a computer/laptop, reliable internet and telephone
- Are target-driven and motivated by successful placements
