Core responsibilities would be:
- Canvassing ( This is the main core of the business, you should not be afraid to pick up the phone)
- Mandate presentations
- Rental mandate presentations
- Viewings
- Closing of deals.
What you would need to be successful:
- A phone
- Stable WiFi connection for work at home days.
- Vehicle and valid drivers license
- Own Laptop
- 2 Years previous call centre experience
- Must reside in the Cape Town area.
