Junior Guesthouse Supervisor - Internship
HJN Property is looking for a Junior Guesthouse supervisor in Franschhoek.
Salary Depends on Experience – (shift work) Non-Smoker (Live OUT position)
Requirements :

Candidate must be well-spoken, presentable, and have sober habits.

No Smokers

Must be computer literate and proficient in reservation and billing systems such as Roomraccoon, booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Hotelier.

Candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, spoken and written.

Must be able to work shifts, which will include weekends, religious and public holidays.
Duties include:

Supervise and support staff, Housekeepers, direct daily duties

Responsible for keeping track of lodging inventory and cleanliness

Additional duties include assisting with administrative work and especially bookings, check-ins and check-outs.
Must reside in Franschhoek or surrounding area
Consideration Candidates, who are already residing in the Western Cape / Franschoek will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
