We are currently looking for a strong Business Central (BC) Consultant to join our ERP team. Our BC Consultants primary responsibility is to perform functional and technical consulting services, deliver successful implementation and support with a high level of client satisfaction to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) customers. The BC Consultant will be focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsofts Business Central ERP solution.
There will be exposure to a wide range of industries, so the ability to quickly understand new business environments is essential.

What Will You Do?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform business requirements analysis and documentation

Define the data migration process, if needed

Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations

Train users on new process and Business Central (BC) functionality

Develop data conversion and testing strategies

Manage individual budget and scope of work

Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support
Who Do You Need to Be?

4+ years functional experience in implementing BC required
-
4+ years functional experience in implementing NAV beneficial
-
Experience within consulting service environment

Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to explain technical concepts to business people in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical people

Ability to successfully manage and maintain strong relationships with a team and clients
