# Barmen / Bartenders **Location:** Northern or Southern Suburbs, Cape Town **Job Type:** Full-time We are looking for experienced, energetic and customer-focused **Barmen/Bartenders** to join our restaurant team. ## Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Provide friendly and professional customer service - Take orders and process payments accurately - Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar - Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts - Follow portion-control and company pouring standards - Check customer identification when required - Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures - Work efficiently during busy service periods - Assist with opening and closing duties ## Requirements - Previous bartending or bar-service experience - Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations - Strong communication and customer-service skills - Honest, reliable and presentable - Able to work well under pressure - Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays - Reliable transport - Contactable references Please submit your CV through Indeed.
