Requirements:
- Degree in human resources or related field,
- Masters in Human Resources (advantageous)
- Over 8 years of experience in human resources management, experience in managing group companies is preferred.
- + 12 years experience in Human Resources
- Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, organizational coordination, and analytical judgment abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies at the national and regional levels.
- Strategic and strategic thinking, with the ability to establish and integrate different work teams.
- Strong planning and implementation skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team
- Responsible for regularly diagnosing and assessing the company's management and organizational effectiveness, providing advice to senior management on strategies, organizational development, etc., and working towards improving the company's overall management level and organizational efficiency.
- Possess foresight and business acumen, accurately match talent strategies to different stages of the company's development.
- Strengthen forecasting and overall coordination of the company's human resources, adjust organizational structure, personnel, and compensation and benefits based on project performance and market conditions.
- Responsible for cultivating the core teams of the company and the core talents in business teams, promoting internal talent development programs, and enhancing the company's talent pool and talent development.
- Establish and improve the human resources management system, formulate and implement human resources management policies (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development, etc.).
- Actively promote the company's corporate culture development, creating a positive and uplifting corporate culture atmosphere.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
