About the Role
We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our pipeline of strategic partnerships. This is a full-time remote position focused entirely on outreach and relationship building. You will work from a list of target companies, reaching out to the right contacts, booking calls, and keeping conversations moving. Think of it as a high-touch sales role where your personality, communication, and ability to build rapport are what drive results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Book and run introductory calls with prospective partners
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline status
- Communicate updates and progress clearly to leadership
- Represent Cellexia Labs professionally across all interactions
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English — you will be on calls and writing outreach regularly
- Naturally personable, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Organized and self-directed; able to manage a pipeline without being micromanaged
- Able to work independently in a fully remote, cross-time-zone environment
- Prior experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a client-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or consumer products
- Familiarity with outreach tools, CRMs, or pipeline management
- Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, or similar platforms
- Comfortable representing a brand in a professional setting
Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
Work Location: Remote
