A private school in Sandton is seeking an exceptional and experienced *Primary School Phase Head / Head of Department (HOD)* to join our dynamic leadership team.
We are looking for a passionate educational leader with a proven ability to manage teams, drive academic excellence, and foster positive relationships with staff, learners, and parents.
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant registered teaching qualification/degree.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Primary School Curriculum. IEB would be an advantage.
* Minimum of *3 years' management experience* within a school environment.
* Proven track record of successful educational leadership and management.
* SACE registration

* Oversee academic standards, learner achievement, and staff performance.
* Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the school.
