Industry experience in currency technology, security printing, industrial printing, automation, engineering or related technology sectors will be highly advantageous.
Job Summary
A leading global technology company in the currency technology and security printing industry is seeking an experienced Regional Service Sales Manager to drive sustainable and profitable service revenue growth across the assigned territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full Service Attach lifecycle, from initial service attachment through contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling, while developing new service revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional service sales and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Identify new service, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage service contract renewals and customer retention.
Work closely with Service, Solution and Key Account Sales teams.
Support solution design, pricing and commercial proposals.
Develop and maintain a strong regional sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Technical or related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
Previous service sales / aftermarket / service contract experience.
Experience in industrial technology, manufacturing, engineering, printing, automation, security technology or a related industry will be advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
