AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Customer Experience
· Be professional
· Greet, smile and acknowledge customers
· Know layout of store to direct customers to products
Store Disciplines & Productivity
· Opening & closing procedures are followed
· To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and that every item is ticketed
Minimise risk through process compliance:
· Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual
· Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
· Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Grade 12
· Minimum 2 years retail experience would be advantageous
· A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
· Basic computer literacy
· Very good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
· Competency Assessment Achieved
