Growth Cleaning is an online coaching and education business dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals. We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across key social platforms and engage with our growing audience.
Responsibilities:
- Facebook Page Management:
- Build, optimize, and manage the company’s Facebook page.
- Develop and post engaging, relevant content to attract and retain followers.
- Implement strategies to increase page visibility, interaction, and audience growth.
- Instagram Strategy (Ben Kelley Style):
- Develop and implement a TikTok-style direct-to-Instagram strategy focused on driving engagement and bookings.
- Create and execute a comprehensive playbook tailored to the Instagram platform.
- Manage the company’s Instagram account, ensuring it reflects the brand’s voice and values.
- Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Craft compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s messaging and goals.
- B-Roll Creation:
- Create and curate high-quality B-roll content for use across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with videographers or independently capture relevant footage to enhance visual storytelling.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the online coaching or related industry.
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram, with experience building pages and increasing engagement.
Familiarity with TikTok-style content and how to effectively adapt it to Instagram.
Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Experience in video creation and B-roll content production.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a remote team.
