Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent and Sourcing Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for talent management and strategic sourcing. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent, managing succession planning, and supporting our broader HR and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit middle to senior management and specialist roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Implement and maintain talent management practices and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent strategies with business goals.
- Advise on market remuneration and manage recruitment costs.
- Support transformation initiatives and compliance with company values.
- Coordinate group-wide talent management projects and cluster initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: Advanced Diploma or National First Degree (NQF Level 7).
- Preferred: Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: 8–10 years in recruitment (corporate or agency environment).
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Knowledge of banking procedures, business principles, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR systems.
- Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build partnerships and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
