Dr Holm Pathologists is seeking to employ an experienced and dynamic/self-driven individual to function as an Accounts Administrator in the Finance/Debtors Department.
Responsibilities include:
- capturing of patient profile
- confirming patient medical aid status
- creating patient invoices
- electronic medical aid claim submission
- following up on outstanding accounts / age analysis
- handling of account queries - medical aid and private patients
- payment receipting
- debt collection
Minimum requirement:
- Grade 12
- Accounting / bookkeeping experience within a medical practice will be an advantage
- Knowledge of ICD10 and morphology codes will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Eminance package will be an advantage
- Ability to effectively communicate in both Afrikaans and English
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
