Minimum Grade 12 qualification with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* environment.

Computer literacy in MS Office, Opera / Fidelio, and time and attendance systems advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including coordinating room activities, VIP checks, stock take, and weekly staffing rosters.

Provide regular operational updates to the Executive Housekeeper.

Manage, plan, allocate, and evaluate room attendants and housemen.

Communicate relevant information and identify training needs.

Responsible for inventory management and replacements.

Willingness to assist with additional duties and projects as required.
