Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all hotel operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
Lead, motivate, and manage staff across all departments.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel
Maintain and enhance operational standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Resident of the North Coast area or willing to relocate.
Previous experience in hospitality is essential; however, prior General Manager experience is not required.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills and marketing acumen.
