Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with experience supporting senior management while handling HR administration? We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant / HR Administrator to join our dynamic team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee file management.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support HR processes, including contracts, leave administration, and compliance.
- Perform general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (essential).
- Previous experience in HR Administration (essential).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Available to start immediately.
