About My Cribb
My Cribb is a dynamic real estate company specializing in residential sales, rentals, and property management. We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven Listing Agents to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new property listings.
- Conduct property valuations and market assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and investors.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for listed properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements.
- Maintain accurate client and property records.
- Achieve monthly listing and sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) or ability to apply for this qualification.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven with excellent time-management abilities.
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
