We require a Software Support Consultant to join our dynamic Support Team
The main duties of this role would be to provide telephonic or remote support to clients on specialized software and hardware products, mainly related to the Payroll and Farm Management industry. (This is not an IT Technician role). You will also be required to install, configure and troubleshoot our software and hardware products.
Requirements:
· Exceptional Computer literacy
· Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Be able to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic team
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Code 8 driver’s license
· Fully bilingual (Afrikaans / English)
Experience with Payroll and an understanding of the Agricultural sector would be an advantage.
Remuneration package is negotiable, depending on previous experience and qualifications, and includes Retirement Benefits (on successful Permanent appointment).
