Our client, a leading company in the PPE sector based in Edenvale, is looking for a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle all administrative tasks, from preparing and sending accurate quotations to processing invoices and managing the full sales cycle efficiently. Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues are essential to maintain high levels of customer service. The candidate must also be capable of building lasting relationships with clients via phone and email.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing quotations and sales orders.
- Following up on outstanding quotations and orders.
- Assisting with customer queries and providing relevant product information.
- General administrative tasks.
- Conducting telesales and following up on both existing and new customers.
- Participating in stock takes.
- Assisting with planning deliveries and collections.
- Supporting general day-to-day tasks as required by the company.

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
