REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 equivalent academic qualification ( diploma or degree would be advantageous)
- Previous 3 years retail management experience or above
- Experience in training and managing a team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong accounting, banking, management and math skills
- Retail ERP system experience and strong computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule that is willing to work after hours if necessary
- Attention to detail
- Good work ethics
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must reside in Johannesburg and is able to travel to Fourways
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
To perform the following tasks:
- Handle all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising
- Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations
- Representing employer in disciplinary enquiries and enforcing disciplinary action
- Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations
- Completing UI19 and COIDA documents
- Recruiting, training and supervising employees
- Managing employee shift schedules and conducting performance reviews
- Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory level, and stock lost prevention
- Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies
- Conducting Marketing and Sales promotions in-store
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner

Pay: R12 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
