An upscale lodge located in the Elgin Valley Grabouw area is seeking a front of house manager. Candidates should possess over four years of experience in a dynamic lodge setting, with a comprehensive understanding of restaurant, accommodation, and conference management. Strong communication and customer relations skills are essential. Preference will be given to those with a lengthy employment history at previous establishments, and all references must be verifiable.

The selected individual will oversee all front of house operations and will report directly to the General Manager and owners. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining exceptional customer relations. The position includes live-in accommodations for a single occupant, with a schedule of six days on and one day off. The salary ranges from R 20 to R 30 K net, based on experience.
