Position: Telesales Agent
Location: Sea Point, Cape Town
Salary: R8,500 per month + Uncapped Commission
About the Role:
Networking Mania is looking for motivated and driven Telesales Agents to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, target-driven, and motivated to maximize their earning potential through uncapped commission. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to grow financially, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to achieving results.
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts:
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Plus one weekend shift
- 6-day working week
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via telephone
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build positive client relationships
- Accurately capture client information and sales data on company systems
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Work closely with team leaders and management to improve performance
- Maintain high energy, professionalism, and motivation throughout shifts
- Contribute positively to the sales team environment
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear speaking voice and confidence when speaking to clients
- Target-driven and motivated by commission and performance incentives
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working under pressure in a sales-driven environment
- Flexible and adaptable to rotational shifts and working hours
- Reliable transport is essential for evening and night shifts (Uber/Lift Club/Driver/Own car)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with a proactive mindset
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 (required)
- Further studies in Business, Finance, or related fields will be advantageous
