The Job Entails:
1. General office administration
2. Support Conveyancer with Transfers - opening files, requesting client fica, loading details on system, applying for rates and transfer duty, drafting documents, signing documents with clients and arranging lodgement
3. Taking instructions from Conveyancer
4. Attending to emails and calls from Clients, Estate Agents, Attorneys that are linked to the transaction.
5. Support Conveyancer with Estates -Attending to filling in Preliminary documents for deceased estates and submitting them to Masters Office
6. Drafting Estate documents
7. Meeting clients to sign necessary documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7 000,00 - R7 500,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Monte Vista, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
