Turnkey365 Villa Marketing & Management company (based in Camps Bay) is one of the leading villa management and marketing companies within the industry and is currently looking to employ a Reservations Consultant to join their team. Basic Job description:

Responding to enquiries received from various booking channels / methods.
-
Providing all prospective clients/agents with suitable/available options
-
Management of booking calendar and making sure it is always up to date
-
Processing of all booking documents and invoices as well as any other related booking admin (such as dealing with requests for additional services for e.g. chef, concierge services.)
-
Assisting guest queries or concerns before/during/after their booking
-
Available after hours / weekends to see to any urgent enquiries / queries.

On-going liaison with the Operations team

Regular villa viewings
-
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with agents, owners and all stake holders

Essential experience, knowledge & skills:
-
Have relevant “online reservations experience”
-
Previous experience in Villa Rental Industry, Tourism/ Hotel Booking or Hospitality preferable

Previous experience working with CRM systems and/ or similar booking software
