The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office, providing administrative support to various departments, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Process and track office expenses
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Typical office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
