MISSION Ensure the proper management of financial and accounting operations, guaranteeing accurate records, account reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and the provision of key data for financial decision-making. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring the correct identification and resolution of discrepancies between accounting and bank records. 2. Record and monitor customer and supplier invoices, ensuring their proper allocation to accounting accounts and compliance with payment or collection deadlines. 3. Prepare periodic financial reports, providing basic analysis of income, expenses, and balance sheets to facilitate decision-making. 4. Monitor cash flows and treasury operations, ensuring the availability of funds and anticipating liquidity needs. 5. Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the correct accounting of income, expenses, amortizations, and provisions. 6. Review and ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, collaborating in the preparation and filing of taxes under the supervision of the tax department. 7. Manage the archiving and control of financial documentation, ensuring that all documents are organized and accessible for internal and external audits. 8. Participate in the automation and improvement of financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating in the implementation of technological tools. 9. Conduct budget deviation analyses, supporting the development of corrective proposals to align with financial objectives. 10. Collaborate with the management control, tax, and audit departments, providing the necessary data and documents to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial processes.
Required Skills and Competencies
EDUCATION - Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or similar EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE Languages - English/Spanish B2 Tools - Office Suite (Advanced) - ERP Tools (SAP) - PowerBI Other -
